Meet The Team

Dr. Gabriel Durben
President
Dr. Gabriel Durben has called rural Whatcom County home since 2014. He has worked as a primary care naturopathic doctor since 2011, and is so grateful for the opportunity that medicine provides to witness his patient's stories and partner with them in pursuing health. He believes that the best healthcare happens when we recognize and value our shared experience as humans.

Dr. Rachel Culleton
Vice President
Dr. Rachel Culleton has a small naturopathic pediatric practice in Bellingham, Wa. After doing the hustle and bustle in the Seattle area for 10 years she moved back to her hometown in the Skagit Valley to try and fill the healthcare gap she experienced herself as a kid. She now lives in Anacortes with her husband who is an ICU nurse, elementary aged son, and new baby girl.

Ryan Chace
Treasurer
Ryan is a Human Resources professional that is passionate about building healthy organizations, communities, and culture. He is a first-generation college graduate with a BA and MA that focused on the role of food, agriculture, tradition, and the arts in building communities. He lives in Bellingham, WA with his family on an eight acre urban homestead and enjoys farming, playing music, and serving the community.

Michael Williams
Secretary
Michael Williams has 12 years of experience as an elementary mathematics teacher, and for more than five years he's been a package delivery driver, otherwise known as an industrial athlete, at United Parcel Service. Proud as he may be of his professions, they are not among his favorite roles, which include: being a husband, a father, an uncle, a brother, a son, a friend and a member of his community.

Edlyn Clevenger
Board Member
Edlyn is a full time Mom and part time bookkeeper with twelve years of experience running professional trail crews. She has lived in Whatcom County with her husband since 2006.
