Support Whatcom Mobile Medicine
At Whatcom Mobile Medicine, our mission is to bring accessible, compassionate healthcare to rural and underserved communities in Whatcom County. Too many of our neighbors go without essential medical care simply because of where they live. With your support, we are changing that.
As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your gift is fully tax deductible. We are proud to partner with local organizations, including the East Whatcom Regional Resource Center, to make this vision possible.
Why This Work Matters
Rural Whatcom County faces a serious shortage of healthcare providers, making it difficult for families to access even basic primary care. Many residents face long drives, limited transportation, and financial barriers to getting the care they need. East Whatcom County, in particular, is one of the most at-risk areas in Washington State. According to the Washington Department of Health, East Whatcom ranks among the highest concern categories for:
-
Poor health outcomes
-
Health disparities
-
Adults living in poverty
-
Adults without health insurance
With your support, Whatcom Mobile Medicine is filling this critical gap by bringing care directly into the community.
