At Whatcom Mobile Medicine, we bring healthcare directly to the community. Our team provides primary care, preventive medicine, and support for both short- and long-term health needs. Current Services
Clinic Location and Hours
We host a clinic at the East Whatcom Regional Resource Center in Maple Falls on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month from 1-5 PM.

Cost and Insurance
We accept most Molina, CHPW Regence, and Premera insurance plans. For all other patients , we offer a sliding scale based on self-reported income, with appointment fees ranging from $0-$50.

Primary care: we provide routine care for new and existing medical concerns, sports physicals, and coordination with specialists when needed.

Preventative care: we offer wellness exams, routine health screenings, and guidance on diet, exercise, and lifestyle.

Health education and resources: we take the time to answer your health questions, explain your options, and support informed decision-making.

New and chronic conditions: we provide care for non-urgent acute conditions (such as sore throats, earaches, and minor injuries) and manage chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and allergies.
What to Expect
When you come to a Whatcom Mobile Medicine appointment, you can expect a welcoming and personalized visit. We’ll review your health history, discuss any concerns, and provide care for both new and ongoing health issues. Your clinician may perform exams, offer preventive screenings, and provide guidance on managing your health. New appointments are 60 minutes while follow up appointments are typically 30 minutes, and we encourage questions so you leave feeling informed and supported.

Our clinic is currently led by Dr. Gabriel Durben, a licensed naturopathic physician with 15 years of experience in primary care.
